# Weigel's vs Redi Rewards

Weigel's and Redi Rewards both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Redi Rewards's written reviews are positive against 38% of Weigel's's. Weigel's's advantage is ratings volume (5K vs 3) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 13 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Redi Rewards holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Weigel's has 5K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 38% of Weigel's's written reviews are positive against 100% of Redi Rewards's.

Weigel's ships an update every 3 months, Redi Rewards every 13 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
