# Story Scroll vs Reelly

The clearest difference is ads: Story Scroll at none against Reelly's shown. Story Scroll also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). Reelly's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 5 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Story Scroll sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Reelly sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
