# Scan PDF－Convert Document vs Timefold

The clearest difference is monetization model: Timefold at freemium against Scan PDF－Convert Document's subscription. Timefold also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Scan PDF－Convert Document's advantage is ratings volume (133 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
