# Strides vs Grow

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Grow at none against Strides's 9. Grow also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 81%) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Strides's advantage is ratings volume (19K vs 3) and device support (4 vs 2). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Strides sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Grow asks for nothing beyond the download.

Grow holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Strides has 19K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 81% of Strides's written reviews are positive against 100% of Grow's.
