# Jarvis vs ComicShelf

The clearest difference is review sentiment: ComicShelf at 100% against Jarvis's 20%. ComicShelf also leads on rating (3.4 vs 1.8) and update cadence (weekly vs every 41 months). Jarvis's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (408 vs 5). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ComicShelf holds the better App Store score, 3.4 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Jarvis has 408 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.
