# Wantify vs Route

Wantify and Route both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 86% of Wantify's written reviews are positive against 39% of Route's. Wantify also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Route's advantage is ratings volume (519K vs 3). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Wantify against 4.8 for Route. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Route has 519K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 86% of Wantify's written reviews are positive against 39% of Route's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
