# Case Tracker + vs Lottery Ticket Scanner

The clearest difference is monetization model: Lottery Ticket Scanner at free with in-app purchases against Case Tracker +'s subscription. Lottery Ticket Scanner also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months). Case Tracker +'s advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.3). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Case Tracker + sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Lottery Ticket Scanner sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Case Tracker + holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 581 and 359 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of Case Tracker +'s written reviews are positive against 33% of Lottery Ticket Scanner's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Case Tracker + ships an update every 2 months, Lottery Ticket Scanner every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
