# Mondo vs alo.rs

The clearest difference is rating: alo.rs at 2.6 against Mondo's 2.0. alo.rs also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). Mondo's advantage is review sentiment (19% vs 0%) and ratings volume (49 vs 5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

alo.rs holds the better App Store score, 2.6 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mondo has 49 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 19% of Mondo's written reviews are positive against 0% of alo.rs's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Mondo ships an update every 2 months, alo.rs monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
