# AllThoughts vs SecretMap

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: AllThoughts at none against SecretMap's 3. SecretMap's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 months). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

AllThoughts ships an update every 2 months, SecretMap every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
