# CascadingFlow vs Today is the Day

The clearest difference is update cadence: Today is the Day at every 3 days against CascadingFlow's every 13 months. CascadingFlow's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CascadingFlow sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Today is the Day sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CascadingFlow ships an update every 13 months, Today is the Day every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
