# Prox`eat vs Elgo

The clearest difference is update cadence: Elgo at every 10 days against Prox`eat's every 3 weeks. Prox`eat's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Prox`eat ships an update every 3 weeks, Elgo every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
