# thirdspace vs AOTP

The clearest difference is ads: thirdspace at none against AOTP's shown. thirdspace also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (77 vs 1). AOTP's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AOTP holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: thirdspace has 77 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

thirdspace ships an update every 4 days, AOTP every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
