# Random Episode Selector vs Web Page Tracker

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Random Episode Selector at none against Web Page Tracker's 1. Random Episode Selector also leads on ads (none vs shown). Web Page Tracker's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 10 months). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Web Page Tracker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Random Episode Selector asks for nothing beyond the download.

Random Episode Selector ships an update every 10 months, Web Page Tracker every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 25, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
