# Mirus vs Aveldo

The clearest difference is update cadence: Aveldo at every 4 days against Mirus's every 3 weeks. Mirus's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mirus sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $100.00 per month and Aveldo sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Mirus ships an update every 3 weeks, Aveldo every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
