# Anki Pro vs TangoTomo

The clearest difference is ads: TangoTomo at none against Anki Pro's shown. TangoTomo also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). Anki Pro's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs monthly). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Anki Pro sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and TangoTomo sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Anki Pro ships an update weekly, TangoTomo monthly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
