# Knit Collage vs The Nook

The clearest difference is update cadence: Knit Collage at weekly against The Nook's every 3 months. Knit Collage also leads on ratings volume (173 vs 11). The Nook's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Knit Collage against 5.0 for The Nook. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Knit Collage has 173 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two.
