# TalkHere vs HSK

The clearest difference is review sentiment: TalkHere at 98% against HSK's 40%. TalkHere also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.9 vs 4.6). HSK's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TalkHere sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and HSK sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TalkHere holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TalkHere has 186 ratings behind it against 31, so its average is the more settled of the two.
