# Habit Rainbow vs TimeLog

The clearest difference is update cadence: TimeLog at every 3 weeks against Habit Rainbow's every 4 months. Habit Rainbow's advantage is iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Habit Rainbow sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and TimeLog sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
