# Chopsy vs Drumloom

The clearest difference is update cadence: Drumloom at every 11 days against Chopsy's every 2 months. Chopsy's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Chopsy sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and Drumloom sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Chopsy ships an update every 2 months, Drumloom every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
