# Notegpt vs Notebook AI

The clearest difference is rating: Notebook AI at 5.0 against Notegpt's 4.6. Notebook AI also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 weeks). Notegpt's advantage is review sentiment (26% vs 0%) and ratings volume (786 vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notegpt sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and Notebook AI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $20.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Notebook AI holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Notegpt has 786 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 26% of Notegpt's written reviews are positive against 0% of Notebook AI's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Notegpt ships an update every 3 weeks, Notebook AI every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
