# Flex vs BeFit

The clearest difference is update cadence: BeFit at daily against Flex's every 3 months. Flex's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 16.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flex sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $13.99 per month and BeFit sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Flex ships an update every 3 months, BeFit daily. The most recent releases landed on September 10, 2026 and September 21, 2026 respectively.
