# Aluniss vs Pretalk

The clearest difference is update cadence: Pretalk at every 2 weeks against Aluniss's monthly. Aluniss's advantage is iOS requirement (13.4 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Aluniss sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Pretalk sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Aluniss ships an update monthly, Pretalk every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
