# Shark Bets vs Drift

The clearest difference is ads: Drift at none against Shark Bets's shown. Drift also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Shark Bets sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Drift sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Shark Bets ships an update every 2 weeks, Drift every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
