# Note AI vs Cue

The clearest difference is ads: Note AI at none against Cue's shown. Note AI also leads on review sentiment (46% vs 37%). Cue's advantage is chart position (#67 vs unranked) and ratings volume (3.7K vs 744). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Note AI sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Cue sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for Note AI against 4.4 for Cue. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cue has 3.7K ratings behind it against 744, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 46% of Note AI's written reviews are positive against 37% of Cue's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. Both last shipped on November 4, 2026.
