# Note AI vs Transcribe Private Voice Notes

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Transcribe Private Voice Notes at 100% against Note AI's 46%. Transcribe Private Voice Notes also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs weekly). Note AI's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 3.7) and ratings volume (724 vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Note AI sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Transcribe Private Voice Notes sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Note AI holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Note AI has 724 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 46% of Note AI's written reviews are positive against 100% of Transcribe Private Voice Notes's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Note AI ships an update weekly, Transcribe Private Voice Notes every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
