# Flix Pro Player vs Pollcy

The clearest difference is ads: Flix Pro Player at none against Pollcy's shown. Flix Pro Player also leads on ratings volume (2K vs 1) and device support (4 vs 2). Pollcy's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flix Pro Player sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Pollcy sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pollcy holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flix Pro Player has 2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
