# MySTB vs YES IPTV Player

The clearest difference is rating: MySTB at 4.7 against YES IPTV Player's 4.4. On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MySTB sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per year and YES IPTV Player sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MySTB holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 108 and 58 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 78% of MySTB's written reviews are positive against 83% of YES IPTV Player's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MySTB ships an update every 10 days, YES IPTV Player every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
