# LED Banner vs Big Text

The clearest difference is rating: Big Text at 5.0 against LED Banner's 4.6. LED Banner's advantage is ratings volume (569 vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LED Banner sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Big Text sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Big Text holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LED Banner has 569 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

LED Banner ships an update fortnightly, Big Text monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
