# HigherMind vs My Hands

The clearest difference is update cadence: HigherMind at every 6 days against My Hands's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HigherMind sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month and My Hands sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HigherMind ships an update every 6 days, My Hands every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
