# FitHalo vs Ruck Mode

The clearest difference is rating: FitHalo at 5.0 against Ruck Mode's 1.0. FitHalo also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). Ruck Mode's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 10 days). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ruck Mode sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. FitHalo asks for nothing beyond the download.

FitHalo holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FitHalo has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

FitHalo ships an update every 10 days, Ruck Mode every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
