# Weightage vs Scale Log

The clearest difference is update cadence: Weightage at every 2 days against Scale Log's every 10 months. Scale Log's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Weightage ships an update every 2 days, Scale Log every 10 months. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
