# AFFiNE vs heaper

The clearest difference is review sentiment: heaper at 100% against AFFiNE's 42%. heaper also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.3) and ads (none vs shown). AFFiNE's advantage is ratings volume (36 vs 2). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AFFiNE sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and heaper sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
