# GETIN vs Head Trip Indio

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Head Trip Indio at 50% against GETIN's 7%. Head Trip Indio also leads on ratings volume (2.2K vs 3) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). GETIN's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GETIN holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Head Trip Indio has 2.2K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 7% of GETIN's written reviews are positive against 50% of Head Trip Indio's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

GETIN ships an update every 2 weeks, Head Trip Indio every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
