# RV Notebook vs RV RouteFinder

The clearest difference is rating: RV Notebook at 5.0 against RV RouteFinder's 1.0. RV Notebook also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (8 vs 1). RV RouteFinder's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RV Notebook sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and RV RouteFinder sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RV Notebook holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RV Notebook has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
