# HC vs AntiTheft

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: HC at none against AntiTheft's 1. HC also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). AntiTheft's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AntiTheft sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. HC asks for nothing beyond the download.

HC ships an update every 2 weeks, AntiTheft every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
