# Gurwi vs HE+

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: HE+ at none against Gurwi's 7. HE+ also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). Gurwi's advantage is ratings volume (29 vs 2) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 11 days). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gurwi sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. HE+ asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Gurwi against 5.0 for HE+. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gurwi has 29 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Gurwi ships an update every 5 days, HE+ every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
