# Persist vs Deplan

The clearest difference is update cadence: Persist at every 2 days against Deplan's monthly. Persist also leads on ratings volume (11 vs 2) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Persist sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per year and Deplan sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Persist against 5.0 for Deplan. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Persist has 11 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Persist ships an update every 2 days, Deplan monthly. Both last shipped on October 21, 2026.
