# Days Until vs Falcon File Manager

The clearest difference is rating: Falcon File Manager at 5.0 against Days Until's 4.0. Falcon File Manager also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly). Days Until's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Days Until sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Falcon File Manager sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Falcon File Manager holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Falcon File Manager has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Days Until ships an update fortnightly, Falcon File Manager every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 23, 2026.
