# SessionKeeper vs Loving Reaper

The clearest difference is ratings volume: SessionKeeper at 93 against Loving Reaper's 1. SessionKeeper also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SessionKeeper sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Loving Reaper sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Loving Reaper holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SessionKeeper has 93 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

SessionKeeper ships an update every 9 days, Loving Reaper every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
