# Bus Puzzle vs Wiggle Tangle

The clearest difference is rating: Wiggle Tangle at 4.9 against Bus Puzzle's 4.6. Wiggle Tangle also leads on update cadence (every 11 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bus Puzzle sells 16 one-off in-app purchases and Wiggle Tangle sells 25 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Wiggle Tangle holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 580 and 857 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Bus Puzzle's written reviews are positive against 61% of Wiggle Tangle's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Bus Puzzle ships an update every 5 weeks, Wiggle Tangle every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
