# Wick vs AI Note To Self

The clearest difference is rating: AI Note To Self at 5.0 against Wick's 4.2. Wick's advantage is monetization model (free vs freemium) and ratings volume (74 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wick sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and AI Note To Self sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AI Note To Self holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wick has 74 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Wick ships an update every 8 days, AI Note To Self every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
