# Brusher・Procreate Brushes vs TatToolkit

The clearest difference is rating: Brusher・Procreate Brushes at 4.0 against TatToolkit's 3.0. Brusher・Procreate Brushes also leads on monetization model (freemium vs subscription) and ratings volume (45 vs 3). TatToolkit's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (50% vs 36%). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Brusher・Procreate Brushes sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and TatToolkit sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Brusher・Procreate Brushes holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Brusher・Procreate Brushes has 45 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of Brusher・Procreate Brushes's written reviews are positive against 50% of TatToolkit's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Brusher・Procreate Brushes ships an update every 4 days, TatToolkit every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
