The clearest difference is rating: SEG Golf Games at 5.0 against Wolfhammer Golf's 4.6. Wolfhammer Golf's advantage is ratings volume (20 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wolfhammer Golf sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and SEG Golf Games sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $29.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
