# LazyNote vs STUB

The clearest difference is device support: LazyNote at 3 against STUB's 1. LazyNote also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LazyNote sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and STUB sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LazyNote ships an update every 9 days, STUB every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
