Ammo Box is the must-have app for firearm enthusiasts and shooters, offering an easy way to track ammo inventory, usage, and range sessions. Free to download, with an optional lifetime unlock — no subscription required if you'd rather pay once. SECURITY - On-Device Data Storage: All your data—inventory, range sessions, usage data, and reports—is stored securely on your device. It never touches our servers. - No Personal Details: We do not ask for your name, email, or any other identifiable information since that's none of our business. - Barcode Scanner: The only external calls made are for looking up box details, since we can't store the entire product database (which updates constantly) locally on your device. INVENTORY - Organization: Keep all your ammo boxes neatly categorized by firearm type and caliber/gauge. - Barcode Scan: Quickly add new boxes by scanning the barcode, automatically retrieving all relevant details (manual entry available). - Updates: Effortlessly update round counts with Add, Subtract, Reset, and Remove — or use our Ammo Detector to count rounds for you automatically. - Detailed Logs: View a full history on individual boxes (count changes, notes, creation/removal). - Search: Use the built-in search bar for fast filtering, and add customizable tags to box types to make narrowing down your inventory even easier. RANGE SESSIONS - Effortless Tracking: Add ammo boxes to your range sessions by scanning their barcodes. - Active Management: Update counts, mark boxes as active/inactive, track time spent, and add notes on boxes during your range trip. - Extra Details: Log the range location and optional notes. - Historical Data: Review a comprehensive history of every shooting session. USAGE DATA - Insights and Analytics: Charts that break down current inventory, usage trends, spending, current stockpile value, and projected ammo depletion based on your history. - Exportable Data: Generate inventory, range session, and log reports, exportable as PDF or CSV for easy reference and record-keeping. CUSTOMIZATION - Accent Colors: Choose from a selection of accent colors and icons to make the app your own. https://ammobox.app/terms-of-service

The spreadsheet breaks down around gun four. The notes app was never built for this. Lindcott Armory tracks your full collection: round counts, sessions, ammo inventory, and optic assignments. All without requiring you to maintain a filing system on the side. Everything is free. No subscription, no paywall, no ads. Unlimited guns. Log every range session, every ammo lot, every gun in your vault. Round counts update automatically as you shoot. Get alerts when you need to order more. It works fully offline, and your vault stays on your device. The heavier tools are free too — they just need a free account, which also syncs your vault across your devices. The AI assistant runs on Claude and knows your specific vault — ask it maintenance schedules, load questions, cartridge comparisons, without having to explain what you own every time. Reloading assistance builds a recipe for each gun based on your goals rather than handing you a generic starting node. Every shot group you submit gets a full breakdown: MOA, CEP, extreme spread, standard deviation — numbers you can actually use when you're working a zero or running a load test. Track which loads or ammo work best for which guns and get alerted when something is out of whack. Plus get great reference guides on every cartridge, powder, and factory load. Compare ballistics between calibers to find the right tools for you. No social features. No ads. No reason to open it except your guns.
