# Linx vs PreciseSize

The clearest difference is ads: Linx at none against PreciseSize's shown. PreciseSize's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs weekly) and iOS requirement (16.6 vs 18.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Linx sells 39 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and PreciseSize sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Linx ships an update weekly, PreciseSize every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
