# SheRuns vs RunIt

The clearest difference is update cadence: RunIt at every 5 days against SheRuns's every 2 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SheRuns sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and RunIt sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
