# QR8 vs Create QR Code

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Create QR Code at 16.6 against QR8's 18.5. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. QR8 sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Create QR Code sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
