# Chihu vs Video Game Tracker

The clearest difference is update cadence: Video Game Tracker at every 4 days against Chihu's every 10 days. Chihu's advantage is iOS requirement (17 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Chihu sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Video Game Tracker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Chihu ships an update every 10 days, Video Game Tracker every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
