# (Not Boring) Camera vs Juno

The clearest difference is review sentiment: (Not Boring) Camera at 70% against Juno's 0%. (Not Boring) Camera also leads on ratings volume (5.2K vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). Juno's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. (Not Boring) Camera sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Juno sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Juno holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: (Not Boring) Camera has 5.2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of (Not Boring) Camera's written reviews are positive against 0% of Juno's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

(Not Boring) Camera ships an update every 2 weeks, Juno every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
